Return policy on childrens books.
Once received book product can only be returned if damaged in shipping or if you have received the wrong product within a 5 day written notification. No product is accepted back after 30 days, without exception.
If you are dissatisfied with the item(s) purchased for any other reason; book(s) may be returned less the shipping cost and less a 25% product return fee. Returns are accepted pre-paid shipping only.
